When it comes to driving I think that Oscar Wilde had it about right with his &#039;youth is wasted on the young&#039; comment; it&#039;s very difficult for the average 17 or 18 year old to realise just how precious life is and how easily it can be ended with 1 minute of stupidity or carelessness.
Having read about kids being given very powerful BMW M series cars to drive with tragic results I think there should be a power/size limit on cars for the first two years of driving with the two years extended if the young driver is convicted of a speeding or other offence as an added incentive to drive carefully...</description>
