Kids Drawing Contest Application and Copyright Release
I am the parent or guardian of our minor child and wish to enter his or her drawing in the KidsFirst! Kids Drawing Contest. I understand that the winners will receive a lifetime license for KidsFirst! software and that in order to enter and allow the public to view and vote on the drawing I must sign a copyright release.
For valuable consideration, including but not limited to the right to compete in the KidsFirst! Kids Art Contest, I hereby confer on InCap Corporation the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the drawing(s) of our minor child which may be included with others:
a) To own the copyright to the drawing(s);
b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other drawing(s), in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any legal purpose whatsoever, namely any KidsFirst! campaign, promotion, advertising, and trade; and,
c)To publish the first name and initial of last name and state of our minor child.
I hereby release and discharge InCap Corporation from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the drawing(s), including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy. This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of the legal representatives, licensees and assigns of InCap Corporation.
I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents hereof. I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor child named below. For value received, by clicking the “submit” button below, I hereby consent to the foregoing on his behalf.
