Alleged Intellectual Property Infringement

InCap will investigate appropriate allegations of copyright or other intellectual property infringement related to content within the KidsFirst! website and the KidsFirst! Custody and Parenting software and will respond within the guidelines of the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act and other applicable intellectual property laws. Claims of alleged copyright or other intellectual property infringement must be in writing and directed to InCap's designated agent. Contact information is available by referencing InCap's Interim Designation of Agent to Receive Notification of Claimed Infringement, filed with the U.S. Copyright Office.

This policy explains how InCap may collect and use information about users who may access the KidsFirst! website and the KidsFirst! Custody and Parenting software.

User Experience Analysis
InCap monitors users of the InCap and KidsFirst! websites to review user experience, including ease of navigation and identification of content that is of the most interest to users so that the user easily receives all content needed. The information collected during the user experience does not identify any individual unless they contact us through email or forms on the site. In each case, the purpose for which you are invited to give us information is clear and we also indicate which of the requested information is essential for the relevant purpose and which is optional - fields for essential information are marked with an asterisk.

Cookies
As with most websites, our sites use small data files known as a cookie downloaded to your computer so that we can recognize that your computer has visited the site before. You can configure your browser to block cookies and doing so will not prevent you from using our sites; check your browser's help page for details.

User Identification
Forms on the websites requesting more information allow users to provide information about them or to send emails, in either case revealing their true identity. User identification will not be sold to any individual or organization. You will be given the opportunity to not receive such information by checking a box or by sending an email to "nomorecontact@incap.com."

Children
Although KidsFirst! Custody and Parenting software is about protecting children, the KidsFirst! is not marketed to or sold to children. Neither the KidsFirst! or InCap websites knowingly collects or maintains information from children.
